We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
No, we do not require mowing contracts. However, please note that we do not perform one-time mowing services as we focus on providing ongoing, consistent service.
Payment: We require a credit card on file to start work. We have two options for billing. 1. Default Invoicing: For recurring services like Mowing and Lawn treatments, charges are processed weekly on Monday post-service. For one-time services, charges occur the day after service completion. 2. Twelve Month Payment Plan. (For Recurring Maintenance Services ONLY): Recurring maintenance services are: 1. Mowing 2. Lawn care treatments. Consistent monthly payments throughout the agreement term. First payment due upon signing up. For early cancellation, outstanding balance for services rendered will be charged.Cancellation Policy: Cancel anytime by filling out the cancellation form. You are only billed for services already provided.Continuous Services: Mowing, Lawn treatments, Aeration, and Leaf Removal, continue seamlessly from season to season. You don't need to "re-up" or renew these services each year. Enjoy uninterrupted service.
If we determine that your lawn does not need mowing, we may skip that week's service and return the following week. You will not be charged for skipped visits.
Yes, there is a slight additional charge for the first time we mow your lawn because it typically takes longer to bring the grass to its proper height and to edge the sidewalk.
Yes, we offer a 5% discount to all active service members and first responders as a token of appreciation for your service.
